Notification upon arrival:
Upon arrival at the hotel, please inform Reception, Public Relations, or directly the Restaurant Reception that you are celiac.
Gluten-free menú request form:
You will be given a form where you can indicate:
The exact dates of your stay
Your meal plan (All Inclusive, Half Board, etc.)
Specific meal requests:
To avoid waiting times and to ensure preparation without cross-contamination, you may request in advance (one meal in advance) what you would like to eat for each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Our kitchen team will prepare your menu separately with all safety guarantees.
Please leave your order sheet at the entrance of the restaurant before the end of each service.

To minimize this risk, the hotel offers the option of preparing gluten-free meals individually and separately, provided they are requested in advance using the specific request form and coordinated with the kitchen team.

By signing this document, I release the hotel from any direct or indirect liability arising from potential adverse reactions caused by the consumption of buffet food.
